"I'm doing alright after the crash and I don't feel too bad; just a sore neck from the whiplash, nothing else. I remember everything up until I hit the ground, but I hit my head pretty hard so everything was kinda blurry there for a couple of minutes until I was put into the ambulance.
"It was a very small mistake; just a matter of wheel placement with the rear wheel. I hit the edge of a kicker on the uphilll before pitlane; it flung my rear end left and I hi-sided so I slapped the ground pretty hard but I definitely don't think it's the worst crash I ever had.
"It's most likely that we will skip Lommel; coming in with an injury to the toughest race of the year is probably not the best idea, but maybe I'll come in the last minute if I feel good. For now I've been doing a lot of therapy; healing with my brain and the rest of my body to get the blood flowing. I have no concussion symptoms so we should be back for the next round of the British Championship the week after Lommel and then the GP in Sweden. For the rest of the season I want to focus on putting my best foot forward in each race, getting some top-ten finishes and finishing strong with the team."
